Manufacturing Processes, Analysis and Alloying

KMS Aluminum is a company that is open to continuous development, following technology closely in order to offer the best quality to its customers. All products processed in our business are guaranteed with all hazardous and non-hazardous recycling documents issued by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization. Our company supplies raw materialsdomestic and abroad and has foreign import certificate.

 

Our production processes are as follows.

 

1- Raw Material Supply and Preparation

The aluminum scraps that have completed their economic life, which we obtainedTurkey and abroad, are brought to our 6000 m2 facility ,3000 m2 of which is closed, in İzmir Torbalı Subaşı Heavy Industry Area, passed through the raw material preparation process, separated, stacked and made ready for melting.

 

2- Melting

Stacked raw materials ready for melting are brought to our high-tech furnaces. In our furnaces with a casting capacity of 10 tons in a single charge, environmentally friendly melting is carried out by using regenerative systems.

 

3. Analysis and Alloying

The melted scrap aluminum is continuously and systematically analyzed by our expert staff using the latest technology in our own laboratory . Alloys required for the product are determined and the alloying process is continuously followed by making calculations.

 

4. Casting Technology

During casting, the degassing process is continued with special units throughout the casting, and the hydrogen, calcium and slag ratio in the mine is reduced to a minimum, and it is automatically poured into the molds.

 

5. Packaging and Forwarding

Aluminum ingots, which are produced with an average of 7-8 kg weight, are stacked on ingot pallets. These pallets, which weigh an average of 700-750 kg according to their arrangement, are sent to the shipping address with plastic strapped packages and waterproof plastic packages.
