Aluminum Granule Production

   Aluminum granule is produced as raw material. Aluminum granule is produced to order according to the alloy weight and proportions by crushing  scrap and aluminum pieces. Waste aluminum is chopped into small particles and then these pieces are melted in large furnaces to produce granular aluminum. In this way, waste aluminum becomes almost the same as pure aluminum. High quality products with superior chemical and physical properties designed for various applications are used in many different fields.

Usage areas of our products:

Exothermic

   Speed is important in exothermic reactions. The high speed is related to the surface area of the aluminum powder. Our products have high surface area. Since our products are obtainedaluminum foil, aluminum has high purity and our customers do not complain about the reaction.

Master Alloys

   Since our products have a soft texture, they are safely used as a binder in master alloys for briquette purposes. It is used without disturbing the alloy structure compared to artificial binders.

Ferro Alloys and Termite

   Foil granules and powders are used in the alumino thermal production of ferro alloys; It is used as a thermite source with iron oxide in railroad tracks and steel ingot mold repair.

Industrial Explosives

    It is used in explosives used in the construction and mining industry.

Chemical

    Aluminum is used in the production of alkali. It is used in the production of ethyl benzene for the production of styrene monomer. It is used as a reactant in the production of aluminum chloride.

  Iron and Steel Applications

    It is used in oxide remover and slag cleaner briquettes. It is used in slag and oxygen removing briquettes when artificial binder is not desired. It is used as a deoxidant in steel.

  Build

   It is used as a gas generator in aerated concrete blocks and insulation plasters. It is used in anti-static epoxy coatings.

Aluminum for steel deoxidation

KMS Aluminum has been offering Aluminum for steel deoxidation for years, mostly to meet the needs of ironworks. Our products comply with the world standard:

The material is sold in ingots in two different sizes:

6-8 kg ingots with two notches: length – 660mm, width – 104mm and height – 90mm and

13 kg three notched ingots: length – 700mm, width – 104mm and height – 90mm. Ingots delivered to the customer are packed in pallets of 500-900 kg by default and tied with metal or plastic straps. Pallets can be wrapped at customer's request.

   Aluminum Deoxidant is prepared in the desired analysis reports and these materials are named as deoxidant. Analysis reports are generally produced in the form of 95.00 AL - 1.00 FE - 1.00 SI - 0.50 MN - 0.50 MG - 0.50 ZN.
